  • Notes and action items provided after the session

TIER TWO

Design Plan Package

Per‑square‑foot

Ideal for: Clients who want a full design vision but plan to manage implementation themselves – perfect for general contractors and builders.

Includes:

  • Scaled spatial plans for the home or selected rooms

  • 3D renderings to visualize the design

  • Furnishing & materials selection list (specifications, pricing, and sourcing links)

  • One round of revisions to finalize the design direction

Deliverable: A complete design roadmap the client can execute independently.

TIER THREE

Full-Service Design

Per‑square‑foot

Ideal for: Clients who want a turnkey experience from concept to completion.

Includes:

  • Full design package (space planning, 3D visuals, finish selections, furnishing selections)

  • Procurement & ordering management

  • Installation coordination

  • Project management throughout the entire process

  • On‑site styling and final setup

Deliverable: A fully executed, professionally designed space with end‑to‑end oversight.
